The Beach Series | Blyth Beach

Blyth Beach is a lovely beach to stop off at when you are on an adventure. We discovered it by accident on our road trip to Bamburgh. It's a long, wide, golden stretch of sandy beach, backed by sand dunes and close to lots of amenities.

There are doggy restrictions over the summer months, but that didn't limit my ability to find some sand and run like Forrest Gump. I think our doggy side of the beach was much more fun anyway!

After a long sandy dash, frolic and escape to freedom, there are also places for the humans to 'wet their whistles' after a lovely stroll along the promenade, past the beach huts.

Mummy was allowed to sit outside with me and I got to share her ice-cream, before we had to dash off on the next step of our adventure.

By the way - parking is free! Can you imagine the little woop-woop dance Mummy did! Free parking! Unheard of in London!
